MEET Your Mentor and Guide

About Jessica

Jessica Lyn is the founder of Sacred Interactions and a mentor in emotional mastery, guiding individuals to navigate their inner world with clarity, presence, and self-trust.

Her work is devoted to a simple, but rarely taught, truth:

Most people don’t struggle because of what’s happening in their lives — they struggle because of what happens inside of them in response to it.

Jessica’s path into this work did not begin in coaching.

It began with a calling to create.

Originally from Massachusetts, she followed a deep pull toward art that led her to Orlando, Florida—where she entered the world of large-scale sculptural environments.

With no formal training, she stepped into the construction and artistic teams contributing to theme park development, eventually working on projects connected to Walt Disney Imagineering.

She later founded her own company, Carved Creations, Inc., where for over a decade she designed and built immersive environments—sculpting cement into waterfalls, trees, rock formations, and custom-designed spaces that transformed how people experienced the world around them.

Her work became known for its realism, detail, and ability to evoke feeling through form — blending technical precision with artistic intuition.

After years of building her own company and body of work, Jessica was invited to return at a new level—accepting a position as a Disney Imagineer.

It was a full-circle moment.

And one that marked a significant level of achievement in her field.

Alongside her creative career, Jessica had spent years immersed in personal development, spiritual teachings, and the deeper study of transformation.

She had come a long way internally — developing awareness, insight, and tools that allowed her to navigate life with greater clarity and intention.

For a time, it felt like she had figured it out.

Until she stepped into that next level.

Working alongside highly experienced teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment brought forward something unexpected.

Despite her accomplishments, she found herself face-to-face with intense self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and emotional overwhelm.

Old patterns resurfaced in ways that were impossible to ignore.

The very environments she had worked so hard to step into…
began to mirror the parts of her that still felt uncertain, unseen, and unsteady.

At the same time, her personal life was undergoing strain.

And it became clear:

What she had learned was valuable — but it was not yet integrated at the level this moment required.

Instead of walking away, Jessica made a different choice.

She turned toward what she was experiencing.

She began applying the same level of presence, patience, and responsiveness she had developed as an artist —

not to cement or structure — but to her own internal experience.

What unfolded was not a theory.

It was a lived process.

One that allowed her to remain present within moments that once would have overwhelmed her…and to begin shifting how she experienced them in real time.

As this deepened, something else began to happen.

The people around her started to change too.

Colleagues navigating conflict, pressure, and emotional tension would naturally gravitate toward her.

Through simple but powerful interactions, she found she could help others shift their state, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity — often in just minutes.

Over time, the patterns became clear.

The same principles she had used for years — timing, responsiveness, refinement, and working with material instead of against it — were directly applicable to the internal world.

This body of work would later become what she now calls the Inner Transformation Technique™ — a living, experiential approach to navigating emotional reality in real time.

And with it, a deeper realization emerged:

The same process used to shape external environments…
could be used to navigate and transform internal ones.

After completing her work on major projects, Jessica followed what had become an unmistakable calling.

She transitioned into mentoring — bringing together:

~ her years of hands-on creative mastery
~ her lived experience of emotional transformation
~ and her deep study of personal and spiritual development

From this, Sacred Interactions was born.

Sacred Interactions is rooted in the understanding that transformation happens within the very moments most people try to move past — the moments where emotions rise, reactions begin, and disconnection feels automatic.

Jessica’s work supports individuals in remaining present within those moments, accessing the intelligence within their emotional experience, and responding in ways that create clarity, empowerment, and lasting change.

Today, she works with individuals who are ready to move beyond insight and into embodied change.

Her clients are often self-aware, capable, and deeply feeling but are seeking a more direct, integrated way of relating to themselves and their inner world.

Her approach blends emotional depth, intuitive precision, and grounded guidance.

It is known for creating immediate shifts in awareness, while also supporting long-term transformation in how clients experience themselves, their relationships, and their lives.

At its core, her mentorship is about one thing:

Learning how to remain with yourself — especially in the moments that once caused you to leave.

And discovering what becomes possible when you do.
