No matter what you are experiencing in life (comfortable or uncomfortable), I want you to feel POWERFUL, CAPABLE, and EXCITED about the GEMS, GIFTS and POWERS you are going to discover on the other side of each challenge or adventure!
There was a time that I felt unworthy of the space that I took up. You could say I felt ashamed for my very existence. My goal everyday was to remain invisible (safe) and out of the way. See, I just assumed I was in the way.
No one should have to live there days like this and at some point my options were to leave the planet or figure out another way. I chose to figure out a better way to be and it wasn't at all what I was expecting!
I used to think that "the answers are within you" was crazy talk!
Not anymore!
Over time, I created different techniques to help myself transform into a person that I enjoyed being!
My mission now: To provide these techniques to as many people as possible so that more of us are living treating our experiences and connections as Sacred Interactions! Creating a world of powerful human beings expressing kindness, acceptance, respect and appreciation!
KNOWING YOURSELF + TRUSTING YOURSELF = LIKING AND THEN LOVING YOURSELF
Why Sacred Interactions?
In the beginning, I felt ultimately powerless in every way!
When I started on my personal development journey, I had no idea that I was starting a sacred, spiritual adventure! This was revealed to me over time.
I realized the new way I was approaching my inner world of emotions, thoughts, beliefs, etc. (wich I now call my Inner Wonderland) was a sacred interaction.
The more I learned about why I act the way I act, feel the way I feel and believe what I believe, the more I understood others.
It was amazing!
I felt amazing!
I also noticed I was treating others with the same patience, acceptance, understanding and kindness I was giving myself! AND, it was easy!
My relationships got better, communication got easier, things I was too afraid to do became exciting and easy, I wasn't afraid of the world anymore and I was falling in love with myself and seeing myself as cute, talented and worthy!
Prior to this, I thought this level of joy was impossible!
Suddenly, I was responding to life with choice in each and every moment. I started to make wise choices with a new level of clarity.
I was in curiosity, wonder, and creation!
I was living a new way.
The way of self-love and wisdom!
I realized that this was a powerful way to live and I had a vision!
A world of human beings interacting with each other from a powerful place within and a knowing that each interaction is Sacred!
After listening to my clients concerns, I have realized that what we all want is acceptance, respect and appreciation. AND, to feel safe!
